I doubt Phil and Grant were crime lords. They might have been a couple of hard men but they weren't psycho killers like Johnny Allen and Milligan and Frater

What I was saying is how since about 2005/2006 Phil has been written as "invincible" and written as if he is a "crime lord". And some dialogue since 2005 hints they were "crime bosses" in the 1990s when they were clearly far from it.

@@H.K.5 yh it was after that. After jamie beat him up. 2002 at some point. August 2002 he locked janine in a room to get her to go cold turkey coz she was a drug addict n he loved her. When Janine kicked her drug addiction thanks to Billy she ended up falling in love with him coz of the help he gave her but he fell in love with Little Mo by then. Thats y janine was always nice to him when she returned in 2008

Phil and grant were never on the same level as Miligan, frater, jason cox, dalton, johnny allen. Them lot kill without thinkin about it. Phil n grant would never kill
