Tacularr has been shoving the fact that he uses night filters in the devs faces for some time now so I don't know what he was expecting. Stop acting like he was in a grey area, the devs made it clear when they temp banned him that night filters are not allowed.

people need to understand that the reason tacularr got banned was because he was openly using night filters, not because he was using reshade, it becomes bannable when your using it for an unfair advantage.

I don't think it's "cheating." Yes, it gives you an advantage, but it doesn't look like what we really used to call cheats, does it? It looks more like a demonstrative spanking in my humble opinion. I can't admit that the decision to ban permanently was completely reasonable, only partially

The idiot used reshade where you can see people in the dark and the devs told him not to use It but It was discovered that he was still using It and It got a manual ban, a deserved ban

Crosshair-x doesn't give you the ability to see at night, "filters" are mentioned in the TOS. "Any third party software that gives an advantage will incur a game ban" I believe is mentioned also. Best bet is to just ask if a program is whitelisted, I did this for HUDsight before I got it. No debate filters are not allowed.
