Oh man, I remember those retail days. NOTHING was better than another customer stepping in to defend you, whether with a bad customer or an unreasonable employee. 30 years since I worked retail and I still have warm memories of people doing that for me.

Wait but why is this whole thing just a perfectly laid out argument as to why unions are so important. Honestly this should be required viewing for every high school student in America so they’re fully aware of what unions really do and what corporations really do. It has all the big corporate buzzwords and why they’re bull, union avoidance practices (some of which I’m pretty sure are illegal under the Fair Labor Standards Act), and how workers can affect change if they band together with supportive management. Seriously you should teach pro-union seminars.

I'm not sure where these are from (i assume TT?i don't have it lol) but i REALLY appreciate it! I worked customer service for waaaaaaay too many years, and so rarely had managers as awesome as most of the ones shown in this compilation - which is sad. My parents are in their 70s but would still manage to beat my ass if i EVER acted like most of these people (no, they'd just KNOW i was being awful) I wish i knew why some people feel they're entitled to act this way... Thank you again!
