One of the best vacuums; however, after purchasing 2, they die quickly....they'll turn on, then shut off....both of the ones I p purchased did this...within a year. Very upset. If anyone knows how to fix these...please advise!

How do I check for a laser distance error

My new machine says I need to check lasor distance

After a while, the mechanism stopped working due to need for lubrication of the 5 or 6 O- rings in the pump assembly. Removal of the 4 screws in the mop head lead to the guts spilling out onto the floor leaving me to figure out how they go together. Aprox. 8 parts. Once all O-rings were coated with plumber's lube, it worked properly again. However it leaks somewhere inside the housing which is ok as long as you don't point it upward in which case it dumps its contents on the floor. Sprays like a champ though. Unable to find assembly instructions anywhere to learn what I did wrong. Any device that uses a spray pump should include instruction for disassembly for maintenance.

I just picked one up used and noticed that in the bottle was a small rubber piece that seemed to have fallen off of something. It has a lip on one end and came to a flattened widened point on the other end. Does this go inside the cap or someplace on this unit? It's about 3/8" +/- in length.

He was so annoying, and I almost didn’t make it through the whole video. Also, he must be very short because the handle on the sweeper doesn’t look very long.
