2 of our phone lines in the office are "locked" lit up red. This happened after a conference call was placed and our staff hit exit. We cannot use 2 of our lines now....any suggestions on how to unlock?

I would certainly like to find out something as simple as how to change the number of rings before voicemail picks up. In our office the phones pick up after 2 rings which isn't enough time to answer the phone. I've found some answers on the net that say *94 but that doesn't work on a line that you have to dial 9 for first.
