in this video I have shared 3 requirements
that you must fulfill before getting started with one arm muscle up!
they are
1) One arm pullups ( atleast 3 reps clean)
2) Anclado (10-20 sec hold max)
3) Dynamic Muscle up (Straight arm) atleast 3 reps

    How is this even done? Whenever I try doing it I can't even lift myself up and I feel pain. 😭 is there any progression that I can do?

      Don't worry even you can do it! All it takes is your dedication and consistency. First of all to learn this pull-up you need to able to hold both arms in cubital grip for atleast 10-15 secs or more, secondly you need to practice swinging in cubital grip with both hands.... And before trying these please do have a proper warm-up of your wrists ,shoulders and neck to avoid any injury!! All the best

      @@SanjayGimbarr yessss I stretch dynamically and use bands and do cubital grips before attempting it cause I know it's kind of a risky position. Do bands also help on performing it?

      @@SanjayGimbarr Вся информация про 500 которую я нашёл это 500 - это группа элементов, где основным движением является одноручный подгрифный подъём в анкладо, противоположный стартовой стороне из тенсора.

      Not necessary, if you can Escuadra and Escuadra pull-ups

      I exactly don't know if there's something like that but, u need to raise your legs up and try to pull, first try with one arm assisted

      Yeah First try with wrist then bar , but the positioning of the legs are more important, watch this video once again and notice my legs are in which angle and the way i pull
