Yes this exercise is slow but you will gain alot with this exercise. After an hour of practice with this tool.. I can punch more accurate,straight jabs perfect with power and my shoulders is really aching rightnow and I think starts to build a muscle.. I really like this exercise this and cycling

You need better foot work you're just throwing arm punches
I was working controlled so I didn’t knock the stand over. It’s hard to throw full punches on that bag without sending it flying.
It’s also a bag built for you to keep your hands moving, and the reflexes sharp.
