12min PrusaXL Inputeshaper Alpha Firmware Benchy Print
Prusa just released the Alpha Firmware for the XL 3D Printer and also gave us some 12min Benchy Gcode, yeah it looks good and crazy fast the printers these days are going nuts.
12min pure print time and around 14min from start when you press the print now button
Benchy was Print on Amazon Basic PLA, Used the presliced Gcode from Prusa

So after finding the most noisy parts around the Prusa XL in terms of resonating, I tried to fix them with printing parts here you see the last part of 3 for the side Handel. The print was way beyond my exception the first layer is perfect and I mean perfect, and overall for a 0,6 Nozzel and 0,4 layer high this thing looks amazing I just wanted to print fast for a first review version of the pa...

How come you don't have a ton of stringing like every other RUclipsr with an xl?
i also haevenet stringing on my 5 Xl´s just use new wesion of FW and whats may you help best is new slicer.

Just bambu have poops and wasting of filaments prusa XL can print 5 different materials or collors without waste tover or purging somewhere onto object etc. 0g of waste

hnn actualy its realy good when we think about the speed, speed benchys are not great in quality overal
For sub 15min bench it looks good.
How much does the acoustic padding help with the noise?
Before the Panels and the enclosment it was too loud you could here it in the next room now i only here the super fast movments but ist more the Printer construktion Itself im working on changing more Parts of the Printer

No worry about hater, good question I just showed a slomow of printing the Panel what i Designend
its like any other timelapse. it catch some time and FF it. if you dont like timelapses just dont look at them 😀

Do you know if it's easy to remove that foam later? I think about checking different ones but I'm not sure about cleaning surface after removal
Hmm thats a good question it should be possible becaue of the metal but when there is gone some time it will be super sticky but with remove tool like the same for the prints and some alcohol it should be manageable to remove. But when you have some time I´m in the middle to desgin a hole new bottom plate to print it with the xl so you can just replace it and last tip the bottom plate is not needet so far i testet.
