This video by Gurudev is fantastic as it covers the whole body on all sides. But the other one Silence Meditation though very fine to adopt, frequent advertisements interupt & the purpose of attaining silence in meditation is lost. If only the advt is removed & future guided meditations are made free of advts, I am sure, a large number of devotees should benefit-Hari Om
I am totally agree with you. I have already changed settings but still advts are there in the middle of video . Will try to solve this issue.
This Yoga Nidra is outstanding. The love and care and descriptive English/Hindi language is full of self-love and understanding, enabling the yoga practitioner to pay full attention and further develop their concentration, visualisation, pranayama, and focus in an effortless, enjoyable way.
