You say their speed feats are equal (which is not true), but the Spider-Sense allows him to match far faster opponents because it is reacting before reaction speed is calculated. Batman's speed does not matter much here as a result. Spidey's adhesive ability can also allow him to rip off Batman's armor, in combination with his strength. This is something rarely used. Spidey also has Way of the Spider, which is a martial arts style that counters other martial arts, and Way of the Spider works so well because it is used in conjunction with super strength and spider adhesive abilities like wall running and climbing, and is further enhanced using Spider Sense. So even if Batman knows every other martial arts style, Batman will still struggle to deal with Way of the Spider. Batman also can't copy Way of the Spider effectively, because he needs the super strength and spider based adhesiveness and Spider Sense to pull it off. Gear based adhesiveness is also shown to not work that well with Way of the Spider, so Batman can't just use gear to compensate for that.
