Yeah i had my boss ask me why it took x hours to make 2 stops, well 1 hour to get there, unloading a bunch of fridges/stows and such, then go to the second spot where they guy was very thorough to tick of the everything from his list, also takes time, then 1 hour to drive back, not sure why the drive time seems to be forgotten all the time.
