I really wanted to like this knife but had to return it. The blade would wiggle so much when closed, drove me nuts. The detent hole is too big for the detent ball. I gave Case a chance, never again.

I bought one, big POS so far and customer service is terrible. Paint was bad out of the box, not a big deal but the display was pealing away from the unit after finally contacting customer service they sent me a new cabinet, I had to transfer several pieces to the new cabinet. I got everything transferred and it took 10 tries to keep the unit on. When I finally got it to stay lit the fan was going off and on the temp set on low climbed to 409 and the unit set an error code Er2. It took almost a week to contact customer service, they said that error was a bad fan and now they’re sending me another cabinet, hopefully I’ll be able to eventually use it but I’m a little concerned if the thing will last.

Don't start on neighbors dogs! These clowns next to me last I saw have 4 dogs but the two biggest offenders are a frenchie and a pomeranian (most annoying barks known to man). The people on the other side of them have a boston terrier so these two are constantly trying to get a response. When they're let out they don't look for their spot to go first like a normal dog.. they come out barking and it never ends until someone has to tell the owners to do something about it... like they aren't embarrassed and refuse to be responsible and take control. The wife has a real hard time telling her babies "No" and when she does it's such artificial discipline. Plus they have a bird that sounds like a broken doorbell that never shuts up either. As if their underage kids don't act like chimpanzees enough, the parents buy them alcohol weekly (16 & 14!). They are entitled, arrogant, passive aggressive and greedy. They put a b ball net on the curb to "justify" parking in the middle and taking two street spaces every day. I confronted Daddy (who calls his son F face, they all curse like sailors for no reason) and his answer for messing up the parking was "And?" Previous neighbors were gold but moved due to retirement. They have only been here 2 years and it feels like 2 decades. Dare I say the world would be better off without them! Thanks for letting me vent!
