Yakha means ‘Build Up’ in Zulu. It is an initiative centered on helping youngsters chart their life path, focusing on careers, jobs, education, and skill acquisition. Yakha is solving the problem of the disconnect between what you are taught in school and what you expect in the workplace/career/ higher education as too many assumptions lead youngsters to make wrong decisions. Yakha has organized programs with featuring Understanding Career Journeys, Interaction with Industry Professionals, Workshops on navigating issues.
