Brew the Espresso: Attach the portafilter to the machine and start brewing. A single shot (~1 oz) should take 25-30 seconds. Stop when you have around 1 oz for a single shot or 2 oz for a double shot. 4. Serve and Enjoy: Pour into a pre-warmed espresso cup and enjoy! --- Using a Moka Pot (Espresso-like alternative) 1. Fill the Water Chamber: Fill the bottom chamber with water just below the safety valve. 2. Add Coffee Grounds: Add fine coffee grounds to the filter basket, leveling it off without tamping. 3. Assemble and Heat: Assemble the pot and place it on medium heat. Wait for the coffee to bubble into the top chamber. 4. Pour and Enjoy: Remove from heat once it stops bubbling. --- Using an AeroPress (Espresso-Style) 1. Prep the AeroPress: Place a filter in the cap and rinse with hot water. Attach it to the AeroPress. 2. Add Coffee and Water: Use 2 tablespoons (14-16g) of finely ground coffee. Pour about 2 oz (60 ml) of hot water (200°F/93°C) over the grounds. 3. Press: Stir for 5 seconds, then press down firmly and steadily for about 30 seconds. 4. Serve: Pour the concentrated coffee into a small cup. --- Tips for Best Results: Use freshly roasted coffee beans. Preheat your cup to maintain temperature. Adjust grind size or brew time to tweak flavor.
