Thanks Phil once again!

Thanks again Phil! Awesome stadiums from awesome creators. The anomalies in CF at all my stadiums have been playable so far. I put the far one at Sun Coast Stadium in a spot so it wouldn't matter. The only way to see it in gameplay is on a replay, but it does show up. I've found that you don't have much wiggle room to the side of CF so I usually try to stack them to create something unique. This one does create a tough view of pitches coming out of a lefthanders hand, especially in the daylight since that light colored concrete is visible from home plate. It's kind of fun, though, to have something like that to complain about. Of course, the first time I try the park, my son starts Randy Johnson against me so I'm sure that didn't help.

Hey Phil, good video. I have been off MLB24 for a while. I am playing CFB25 and Madden, and I am out of town going to Texas A&M football games, so quite busy. Still watching and I'll be back in the not too distant future. Great work.

Hey Phil......Definitely didn't take offense to the " tall buildings "....😜🙂🙂❤. I just like that prop, but you make a great point. It's definitely tough to do your " pan " around camera. Glad you like the local stuff....My Dad is orig. From the Batavia/Corfu area. The Muckdogs are part of the PGCL (Perfect Game Collegiate League). I personally am originally from Massachusetts, but have family from ALLL over Western NY. Corfu Elba Rochester Lockport Batavia My idea for my next park is going to be a Darien Lake-like park in Corfu.... then I'm making parks in Massachusetts. You also on your stadiums, do AWESOME work. Lastly, I LOVE Tully's too & I also love diners. I'm sure you have been to Highland Park Diner I want to get there someday. 🙂👍🏼❤️

Thanks for checking out my build Phil (and for the coveted stamp lol)! Took a while to fine tune and be happy with this park, but sometimes you just have to know when to stop and be satisfied haha.

Phil....This is Jonathan from Fort Meyers Beach Park......This one at fist didn't upload...I am glad it did though....Anyway it eventually did upload. Because it wouldn't at first, I had to create a WHOLE new park. :( I hope to sere the new park showcased :). For this park, I appreciate all the kind comments. I prefer Jonathan. Also, if you want me to stop using the tall " Glass Apartment ", I will, I just LOVE that prop.

Something I was thinking about with the windows / screens on the wall - what if they just made that an option in the "wall material"? Like a simple toggle option - "Windows Yes/No" - then they can have it auto-generate the windows rather than us having to manually place them in and then having to go back and edit them later because they either don't show properly or they're suddenly ineligible to be used for whatever reason. lol. Hopefully something they can do for 25 ...

Phil I will post some ballparks to you tonight before I go to bed. Been very busy lately and forgetting to do a lot of stuff.
