Dude i did it the other day. If you go into your nightclub in passive mode, you will always spawn the troublemaker (when it spawn) and NOT HAVE TO DRIVE THEM ANYWHERE.

dude, works EVERYTIME for me as I have been using it without fail. IF YOU GO IN TO YOUR NIGHTCLUB IN PASSIVE MODE, you will always spawn it

lol, thank you? I only did it that way because I wanted to show how to clear the cache and what buttons to press. But now the vids are better lol. Also if you are having issues making this work, GTA LOVES TO SAVE and it will constantly if you have goods or cargo accruing. Be sure you have nothing accruing (safes are ok as are ammunation runs) and it should work everytime
