The "Lightwork" version of this has a much better mix and better instrumentals, but I can't help but feel like this song structure is so much better. The second verse in the new one feels too short, and the chorus feels more fitting. Both versions are great songs in their own right though.

This should have been on the album or at least get an official release

I've always loved this. In the 90s 'hidden' tracks on CDs were a special thing and it really didn't matter to me what they were. The loose and fun jam, replete with sniggers and laughs, was part of what made this album so heart-on-sleeve special. I do wish Devin had continued more deeply the conceptual continuity of weaving and experimenting with found and personal recordings, but oh well. He's his own man. And I've sat through that crazy looping section way too many times to count. HA!
