Thanks, I might look into beach body. It worked for my sister and it's easier than trying to leave the house for the gym, especially with a 5 year old crying because you are leaving them lol 😅

I never thought to season or cook the chicken that way. Thanks sooo much I'm definitely gonna try this!! 100% adobo goes on everything 😅 honestly I hate cooking chicken because it never comes out right so fingers crossed.

I had a pump ball for four days. It was just in my belly. I had to pull it out just like a tube but it was a medicine ball and it numbed everything. I’m just now four weeks postop.

I realize this was 3 years ago but I’m thinking about ordering this compression garment. I need one that is front closure bc the one the dr sent me home with is closure on both sides. My question is do you wear lipo foam under this to protect you from lines from the garment also if you did did you take your measurements with lipo foam in ( like in another garment ) ? If you remember please let me know. Great video!

Thanks for these useful videos, i am on the 2nd week of my Tummy Tuck and lipo on my flanges and my legs. I am looking for a longer faja that cab support my legs. The one my surgeon gave me supposed to be M but it is Large!! I am concerning if it affects my result. I want to go down size ASAP! Could you pls let me know which faja worked the best and doesn’t roll? I wear it for work and i cannot readjust to as you said during the day.😂

hi, thanks for the video sharing did you ever experience water wave effect when you are tapping on your swells? was it seroma? Did your doctor ever drain it out and if not, did it go away by itself? I am in that situation now at 1 month post op and have a water effect when I tap at the swell but sure if it is just swelling. please me know. I am grateful for your help.
