40 x 120 lot is smaller than a zero lot line. Not very impressive. Not worth looking at it.
Thanks for your input. A 40 x 120 lot may not suit everyone's needs, but it could be a good fit for those looking for something manageable and easy to maintain. Different people have different preferences!

this is a really good bit of advice, my wife and I are in the process of building our first home. We have been lucky to have the advice of my parents who have built their last three homes, and have spoken plenty with us, but to hear a real estate professional echo their opinions just gives much more confidence in the process. my biggest take-away is with the appliance hunting, especially since we have more time to look into what we want. thank you!
