      If you are working on your push ups 3-4 times per week you will see quick progress. When you can do 3 sets of 15-20 reps of one type then you can progress to the next

    Appreciate Video clip! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Chireetler Kettlebell Miracle Rule (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a great one off guide for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got astronomical results with it.
