The Capacitance Electronic Disc (CED) is an early analog video disc playback system developed by Radio Corporation of America (RCA), in which video and audio could be played back on a TV set using a special stylus and high-density groove system similar to phonograph records.

Couldn't of put better myself.. What would of made it a little better, would of been archival footage of the video machines , specially the older ones from the 50s 60s . Just putting up a real to real audio pictures and footage just doesn't cut it I am afraid.

You have BAD SECTORS on the hard drive. Put the hard drive in a PC then use something like HD Tune Pro (15 day trial) and select error scan then at bottom of window select REPAIR and let it go to town. Takes a few hours but has great success at marking off bad sectors so they don't get used. I fixed three Hard Drives just yesterday from old 3rd gen i5 and i7 laptops.
