Definitely worth the purchase if you're thinking of taking the plunge. A lot of people like me, have the Yamaha guitalele, enjoy playing it, & are looking to move to a better quality. I was between this & the Flight guitalele, a bit more expensive & not with the electric function, though technically built with (slightly) better materials from what i could tell. I'm glad i went with the Ortega. The electirc function is, just very awesome, & the materials feel very good, it doesn't go out of tune very much, intonation is quite good etc. You can make this thing sound like an electric guitar & it's really really fun--plug it into your amp & see what sounds you can get out of it.

Nice. Is this a solid guitar with the top back and sides? It doesn't mention Solid with the sides and the back. just Cypress. Also does the truss rod affect the sound?

How do I connect this to my acoustic amp (ACUS 8 FERDI)? I sing and pick acoustic guitar (D18/28) so do I need 2 or 3 inputs/outputs on my amp? Some say it is plugged in through the guitar? Bit confused here, thank you, love your channel!
