Just bought a 2515h last week. A little concerned about my dealer but very happy with my tractor

I think the 254 is my choice after researching mostly the 224 and the T25. One is too small and one is too big for my needs. The 254 seems to fall right in the sweet spot for me.

This guy retails at $22500 up here in Canada but it's still better than a twenty year old used (unknown) tractor. I need to pull the trigger on one soon.

Small-ish vegetable farm maybe, but I don't see many "larger producers" of "row crop farms" running a 111hp tractor. It's as big as I would need as a berry farmer pulling single-bed implements, but nowhere near as big as what a broad-acre commodity farm would require. Even their chore tractors are bigger than this. Good looking machine though. Wish I knew more about TYM's staying power as a dealership and repair center. And wish they weren't so bare inside.

I have a T224. I need to do the 50-hour change. I have never done this before. I cannot find any information on what type of transmission oil is used. Do I use standard transmission oil or the same oil that is used for the front axle?

I'm looking at a t474 cab for my channel but getting worried with dealer support complaints and parts availability I have been seeing in videos and forums. My TYM dealer won't pick up for warranty issues without me paying a $60 transport fee has me really thinking about the Kubota that includes transport should there be warranty issues of any kind. Seems like TYM doesn't have much confidence in what they sell.

I almost bought the T474 but there was no promotion for 0% - 0.99% for 84 months. Make it happen TYM. You need to do it to compete with Kioti and other brands.

Where is it built

I see blinkers and brake lights. Are they road legal on secondary roads or something? Can these be used to move car utility trailers around the yard? Can you add a ball hitch? Thanks

I own a TYM 224, just bought it 2024. I noticed the glow plug ignition key position does not work.. The key will not turn to the left which is the glow plug position... It starts fine just turning the key to the start position, just strange that it shows a glow plug position on the key switch but it will not turn to the glow plug position. The owners manual shows the glow plug position also. Beautiful little tractor though.

I can’t believe his tractor works. I have a 2015 t554. It has been completely rewired twice, computer electronics replaced, had to be taken apart due to a bolt in the engine housing coming loose, and the icing on the cake another problem that now is causing low power when moving. I also have a 2015 Massey Ferguson 4610. I bought both new. The tym tractor has spent half of the time I have owned it not running correctly. The Massey Ferguson has only ever been out of action to change fluids. Save yourself the headache and don’t buy this brand. Spend a little more money for a Massey or a Deere and get your work completed

I bought the 574 with a hydro-static transmission. My backhoes and track loader have torque converter - shuttle transmissions. No clutch packs in them at all. The TYM rounds out my property maintenance with style. Very nice runner.
