If you can't activate your RC2 remote, and get the error code (-2), you have to send it back to DJI for a replacement. Unboxed mine yesterday and ended up on the phone with customer service. It's a known problem with the remotes manufactured in April of this year. Now have to wait a week or so for the replacement...so disappointed.

The viper gaming pack they gave you is not a game. It's RAM (Random access Memory) The more Ram your pc has, the faster it will be at handling multiple tasks at the same time. You should definitely consider installing it in the PC. It should make photo editing and video rendering faster as well. I just ordered an Omen PC myself to train small artificial intelligence models.
@Manuel17522 thank you for that added information. Actually I have been using MAC for long but nowadays I am focusing on astrophotography. Most of the software is run on windows. I am still considering to buy window. I just need a more faster desktop. Speaking of RAM what is the fast RAM in your consideration for video/photo editing. Astro stacking needs a fast computer?
