Is this house back on the market . Seen a listing on Facebook marketplace and can’t make out if the sellers legit .

I lived in this home at the end of 1976 - 1978. At that time, I remember it had a greyish blue stone - type of tile as you walked in the front door and 70's style carpet in the dining room, sort of a pale yellow brown color with it's own patterns, and I like the new wood flooring upgrade, with extra modern ceiling lights in the kitchen area. There was a brown privacy fence surrounding the front entrance patio, which I noticed was removed years ago. The basement at that time was still unfinished with mostly concrete and had wood frames for 2, maybe 3 rooms if I remember correctly. We had a washer and dryer in the back corner across from the basement stairs. The back yard had no fencing. It was a fairly new house at that time. I like the wood flooring upgrade it has now and the exterior was brown wood which matched the front Patio fence. Looks like everything else is the same in both bathrooms, my room was the one next to the master bathroom and my dad's office was the smaller room next to it. Manhattan (Stagg Hill) was a fun place as a kid. Great childhood memories in that home. Good to see it is well maintained after so many years years have passed. It still looks the same as it did in 1977. The appliances and cabinets all still look the same. Amazing!
