Very nice. That is one of the best mowers on earth. I have the 2008 promaster 44 xd commercial. I will never sell it. It's a beast. The new gravelys can not stand up to these older models. They were made to eat!!! I have a bearing roaring in one spindle as well. Where did you order your bearings? And how did they hold up. I don't want to switch to the cheap aluminum spindles. The original ones have 1229 hrs on them. I do commercial lawncare and they are just now starting to roar.i would like to change just the bearings. Thanks. Great video.
@jason6325 Hey mate, thank you for watching the video, yeah the older version is bullet proof machine, I ordered the bearings from F.A.G and they are rubber sealed (NOT METAL SHIELD) rubber seals have better protection against water and lawn moisture, also pressure washer and hose is not a good idea to clean the deck, the best way is scrape the grass with a paint scraper.
@@danialnejati7531 cool. Yea i mow roughly 40 yards.a week with mine. It's defintly a tough machine. And i defintly try not to pressure wash the deck. I do take it to the car wash about once a month. But try not to wash my deck. Mainly the engine and wheels and tires.
Thank you for the video. Do you know the size of the washers used and what thickness you made them?
Hi, it depends on the size of the gap you have on your bike between frame and motor, my one was 0.4mm so I made my washers 0.35mm. That gap has to be there due to expansion in hot summer and should not fill up those gaps completely. But the issue is the gaps are way too big when they make the bike in factory and it causes that noise
Have had the same model for three years, upgraded the battery , for piece of mind for extended range. Have done roughly 4000 miles and the bike has never missed a beat; no mechanicals whatsoever, not on one charge of course ! Managed to cycle ten miles first, then approximately 9 miles up the Tourmalet in the Pyrenees to an altitude of 5000 feet from single charge and I weigh 100 plus kilos.
Yeah loved mine and upgraded to 2022 model
Wow thats a pretty handy device
Yeah isn't it!!!🙂
The saw is excellent I have one over a year, very unfortunately the AP500S battery failed very short for professional use with this saw, kind like a Mustang GT with gas tank in the reserve.
Yeah the saw is great and battery improved over last year, hope they give you a new battery on warranty
@@danialnejati7531 I have 4 batteries AP500S, 3 are quite new all are the same. On a 40cm diameter oak log using the 45 cm bar about 11 or 12 cuts and you are out of battery, also the battery got hot and it not start charging back before it cools off.
Brand of seal drivers and parts number of it. Please 🙏
Yeah sure I'll go to workshop tomorrow and replay it here mate
Currently i'm struggling to get over 200 hours.... using after market stens since gravely switched from cast iron to aluminum. Anyone have a good source for this bearing? I'm seeing them at $40 a piece, buy two bearings for nearly $90 and I'm better off getting another sten spindle assembly. I will say I'm hard on stuff, branches get mulched. Wondering if I have the tension spring to tight....
The spring length should be 300mm if i remember correctly and the bearing, SKF is the brand i normally use (High RPM version), also try not to wash the deck, Clean the deck with a painting scraper is better than water or pressure washer
I need to change the belts and the tensioner springs about every 350hrs or so.
Yeah thats right the belt and spring they have to replace everything 300 or 400 hours
I made it over 900hrs on the spindles.
O wow thats good 900 hours is so good man
@@danialnejati7531 Depends on who runs it and what you run over
@@grasscutter88 yeah thats right, the job condition is very important
I think I have same problem. You should have included a clip of the noise while riding for completeness and shown your finished bushings, and exactly how you inserted them. Seeing and hearing is believing.
Yeah i did try to record that noise for the video but it was hard so i just recorded a video of what i did, for those washers i made, they are normal washer and i just made them thiner for those gaps
Idk if i'd use a generator to charge a phone
Not a big different between this and a Generator unless you use a fast charger
Very creative good job man :)
Thank you so much
Very nice job.
Thank you

Remember that they are floating on one side not actually attached to the motor just located in the bushing basket
Yeah thats right they have to play but only on one side and the other side is bolted to the frame
Remember that the frame is designed to torsion and flex I have seen a frame with a sized bush breaking due to high pressure washing it removes all the lub from factory and it rusts with in the bushing-spacer’s there’s two
Hi mate I had the same issue and I approached the problem another way by removing the spacer-floating bush polishing and greasing it and the creaking went away if you remove the play you are in danger of breaking the frame 😢
Yeah thats a good way too and i just added a 0.20 inch washer and i still had 1mm play i also did grease it and its still going good
Can you describe the noise you were experiencing? I have a noise coming from the motor area that is like a "tunk" every 5 to 10 seconds or so. Wonder if yours was the same. thanks
Hi aaron yes my one was the same but after couple of days it got to the point where i could hear the noise every 3 or 4 seconds and it was like a crack sound i would say, like one big crack sound and 2 or 3 smaller crack sound and all were coming in half of the cycle no matter which half.
Normally it’s worse when you go up hill as the bushes are binding in the motor baskets I think if you apply some anti-seize it should come out with a one inch thread bar to unfreeze but you need to clean the bushing I put the bushing in rust inhibitor then copper slip grease👌

Hi yes you're right, thanks for correcting me 🙏, i repair lots of mowers a day That's why i get confused sometimes 🙂

Hi Danial, thank you for the video. Great! I have the exact same bike. :). Have you found a touch-up paint for the rear part around the Maestro system (RED)? I have so many chips in the paint I need to patch it up... Thankful for all advice!
Hi thanks for comment, no i don't have any paint damage also i have to say I don't off-roading a lot and i do onroad and ride around the town more, if i do mount biking more i probably would see more dents
Hey danial! Did you already put the speed box 2?
Hi, no i haven't fit the speed box yet but i like to, i just don't know how to fit a speed box
I have a speed box 2.0 in my stance +2 Easy to fit And activate
oh boi yours is in worse shape then mine 2019 after a year dunno why you got so maby rubspots
Hi how many kilometers have you traveled? Do you change the chain or sprockets?
Hi, i travelled around 5000km now, i have not change the chain and sprockets yet, but i do lubricanting the chain every month
@@danialnejati7531 Hi Thank you for your quickly answer I was thinking... are you ride on flat ground? Do you have speed box? I am asking because I bought Trance e + 2 pro now I have only 430 km but I heard we need to control the chain and that it must be replaced after 1500km so I was thinking what is your situation. 5000km it is very good result!
Hi again, i don't have a speed box and my max speed is 25km, i did take it to trial 2 time and down hill, couples of time, and i use it every day to work and back home (8.8km to work and 8.8km back home) but not now because its cold winter here in Australia my chain is in very good condition and not worn out yet if you want i can send you some photos, i haven't heard about changing chain in 1500km

I'm not too sure, but apparently there is a electronic cheap online you can order and connect it to the bike somehow and get rid of speed limit.

No worries my friend
Your bike was’t put together right by the shop you bought it from !
This is Gee up right?
Sorry my friend i didn't understand that? Gee up?
The lowest "boost" mode is automatic mode. Very useful. Should work well. Test it.
Yeah i did test it and liked it save a lots off charge👍👍
It sounds like your shop doesn’t have trained mechanics giant should stop sending them bikes
Yeah they are not really professional and evertime i go i see some new mechanics
What model is the light? Can you post a link?
hi brian my light is a (lezyne stvzo pro e115 310 lumens i founded on ebay and this was his last one you may can find it on amazon or ebay, this is the link i leave here for you (www.ebay.com.au/itm/Lezyne-Stvzo-Pro-E115-310-Lumen-115LUX-6-12VDC-E-Bike-Shimano-Bosch-Yamaha-Brose/273948791517?hash=item3fc89ed2dd:g:SboAAOSwxZBdQOh1&frcectupt=true)
Could this be a assembly issue by the bike shop that assemble the bike . Not fitting the seat correctly, and not tighten things right ?MY 2020 e+3 the fluid line for the brakes does not look as tight as yours .?? I would also say the brake levers and dropper post switch was loose because first thing most people do is adjust the position of the leavers. To me you brake levers look in the wrong position. Personal preference..The light switch button is also for integrated lights that you can order . In the uk its £15 for the wire to wire to the battery ..At 8 minutes the when you are talking about the little light that comes on this is auto mode or power assist . In this mode the motor automatically detects the amount of support the rider needs . Hope this helps
Thanks so much for your comment yeah i took the bike to the bike shop and they fixed all the problems, brake levers aren't loose and i adjusted them my self also i ordered a light online and fitted its not bad i upload a video for that you can see and the boy is bike shop explained me the smart mode which is nice to use and save battery, thanks for your help mate
Hi mate nice video. You can connect a light to the battery on the bike and operate it using the light switch on the controller. There is a video on RUclips showing how to do this (from memory there is an internal cable you can access and pull through). Also, make sure you keep the male connector pins clean to prevent random power outs
O yeah tanks for your comment i did order a new light and i want to instal it and i leave a video of that😃
Thanks for you explication. I'm waiting for my bike a trance vttae e + 2 in two weeks I will look the brake and the seat travel and this problem with the screw. You haveTo go To your giant store To use your warranty. Thanks from france, Daniel m.

I just purchased my 2020 Trance e+2. The bike is awesome and none of the problems you’ve mentionned in your video. By the way, the single light in the middle of the ride control one is your ´´automatic option, with all the sensors on your bike it will automatically chose the support mode for example if your going uphill or downhill..(it’s in the owners manual)
Oh cool, i just found out that switch and its a very good option thanks anyway
GOOD information! Thanks. ...and that rear brake line really looks like it will become a big problem. I don't think I will be purchasing my first E-Bike from Giant. 👍🏽
Hi vince, yeah i took the bike for waranty, and booked it in for tuesday for first service, he said they will change the brake line
