Why does no one use sand for on top of the gravel base for screeding for leveling?? Is using Sand a waste of money

I would bullnose both outside angles, instead of two cuts on that right angle. Im doing a similar project, and it looks slick. Use a standard 5/8 bullnose cut. Use your angle finder on that wide angle, let’s say its 115 degrees. Take 180-115=65, divide that by the four cuts for the bull nose junction, 65/4= 16.25, cut all bull nose components for that large angle at this angle. You can reverse it too, for inside rounded angles. Just remember to always subtract your found angle from 180, and divide by number of cuts.
