I always listen to this song when I feel like my inner world is ending. When I feel absolutely broken and emotionally exhausted. I’m here again and will be here in the future. I feel like I’m getting worse and it’ll never end. I thought my depression, anxiety, and stress was bad in the past but it’s even worse now. I feel so alone and I’m always alone with my overwhelming feelings. It’s just all too much…on my body esp on my heart. I keep wondering why do I have to go through trauma alone? With my family, I feel this way. That I have to go through all of this alone bc they don’t show me love, comfort, or support. It’s all I want and not much to ask for but whenever I do talk about all my struggles, they just leave and it hurts too much. People say, “you have to help yourself first to get better” but why…why can’t I just have a support system? A lot of the times, self-help can only go so far. For me, it doesn’t go far enough. I try my hardest everyday to feel stable and safe and not stressed/anxious but idk how to get through this anymore. Everyday is the hardest day for me and again it doesn’t seem to get any better. I feel so heartbroken and scared. All I want is for someone to comfort me and make me feel safe with my emotions. To be heard, understood, related to, not alone, and validated. Most importantly, loved. I wish and hope to feel so much of these feelings soon or down the path of my life. I know I deserve so much and more bc I’ve been through a lot being alive for 19 yrs. If anyone is reading this, I hope things will be okay enough to get through your days bc that’s how I want to feel too. This song always makes me feel my deepest emotions and listening to it brings comfort and peace but also reassurance. I also hope it brings you these feelings too.

Nghe bài này tôi lại cảm thấy nhớ bạn thân của mình kinh khủng. Chúng tôi biết nhau từ 2016, bắt đầu làm bạn từ 2017 và kết thúc tình bạn vào tháng 7 năm 2023. Chúng tôi chơi với nhau không toan tính, tôi nghĩ mình đã hiểu cô ấy nhưng không, giai đoạn sau khi thi vào đại học, tôi cảm giác mình không còn hiểu rõ cô ấy nữa, nên tôi lựa chọn rời đi. Từ lúc ấy đến bây giờ cũng được gần 1 năm. Hai tuần trước, tôi dọn phòng và tình cờ tìm thấy những lá thư cô ấy viết cho tôi vào những dịp Valentine và sinh nhật tôi hằng năm, tất cả đều không ghi ngày. Và điều khiến tôi khóc nấc lên là khi tôi nhận ra mình chưa bao giờ viết cho cô ấy 1 lá thư nào cả. Từ lúc không còn bên nhau, tôi mơ thấy cô ấy vô số lần. Tôi không thể quên được. Nếu cỗ máy thời gian có thật, tôi sẽ sử dụng nó duy nhất 1 lần để quay về quá khứ và ngăn cản bản thân khỏi việc chia tay đó. Một điều nữa là có 1 vài khoảnh khắc tôi rung động với cô ấy dù chúng tôi là bạn thân, nhưng tôi chọn không nói với cô ấy vì tôi sợ sẽ không giữ được tình bạn này. Mong N sẽ sống tốt nhé, tao sẽ viết thư cho mày, tao xin lỗi vì đã không nói gì mà rời đi một cách lặng lẽ như vậy, tao chẳng ghét bỏ gì mày cả, tao hi vọng mày sống cho chính mày và tìm được người bạn thân khác tốt hơn tao nhé. Tao vẫn xem mày là bạn thân, tri kỷ. Chúc mày hạnh phúc.
