Unfortunately, my precious offspring were revolted by the sandwiches I had assembled for them, and became violently ill the following morning. As of writing this comment, two of my beautiful children have perished after an arduous battle with whatever foodborne illness your recipe passed on to them. In order to protect the livelihoods of my remaining offspring I will simply feed them defrosted McCain Deep'n Delicious cakes topped with various cold cuts and frozen vegetables to meet their nutritional needs. This negates the need for cooking and therefore reduces the risk of future food poisoning incidents. Great video!

Some therapy and maybe a very low dose of anxiety med could help wonders. Best to get help early, before these things haunt you into older age. Love from Arizona

On a serious note, I'm sorry you had that uncomfortable situation unfold with your coworker. It definitely sounds like he's got some weird part of his energy he's putting onto you. It might be a good idea to bring him aside and let him know how it made you feel, honestly - I doubt he wants to affect people like that. Trauma's something we all have to deal with. Show me a person with no problems to work through, and I'll show you a vegetable on life support. Keep on keepin on.

Idk if it's a great idea to replace social media consumption only with productive habits. If you try to be productive all the time, you'll get burnt out and will return to your old bad habits. I believe it's much better to replace social media with enjoyable but healthy activities (whatever those may be for you). Also, I don't think you should completely remove all distractions. If you're always thinking about real life, you'll eventually get depressed. However, unhealthy distractions, such as social media (and video games), should probably be replaced with healthier alternatives. Also also, don't fall too far down the self-improvement rabbit hole. If you're always thinking about how you should do better and if you're focusing too much on your failures, you'll just develop a very bad self-esteem over time.

I also love learning, just asking questions, even the stupid ones, cause maybe I will learn something, maybe even remember or teach, or just give an idea for a person. I love to learn and to question everything. Not everything everything, but most things.

Ignorance is bliss for people who prioritize environmental/outside acceptance over self knowledge. Or knowledge in general. Because anytime one is ahead of the curve, ie know more, more out of the group. Being alone, not belonging to a group is terrible for some people, they are afraid of it as much as death itself. Hence ignorance becomes bliss.
