Yeah I wish mine were powder coated also, I couldn’t believe how bad they were rusting.. especially the rear ones… so glad I broke down and bought the new rotors and painted the calipers, I think it will last, and it makes the car looks so much better and cleaner.. Thanks! I agree they are the best looking as well! Budget being my biggest factor in buying this one but the second biggest factor was looks, the 10-12 to me looks the best and has the upgraded interior compared to the 05-09 mustangs, my opinion only. So in my price range I chose the 2010 based off looks vs power.. and I do agree the 4.6 sounds better! I believe these gages aren’t very accurate at all… wouldn’t trust them.. Thank you! I’m glad it helped! No the transmission doesn’t have to be warm to change the fluid, I would suggest having the car sitting still for at least 20-30 minutes just so the fluid has time to settle before dragging! Thanks for watching and for the support! I appreciate it!👊🏻

I had no symptoms when I changed mine, the reason I changed it was because I just purchased the car and it had 170k miles on it and I wanted to know for sure that what fluids are in it so I can start a maintenance schedule for it, usually it should be changed every 60k miles. After changing it I did notice the shifting felt smoother and softer.. kinda hard to explain because it wasn’t acting funny or having any issues before. I feel better knowing it has good clean fluids in it moving forward, plus it helps me by looking at the old fluid that comes out to see any warning signs of a potential issue such as metal shavings in the fluid of any burnt or discoloration etc…All personnel preference if you want to do this or not.
