Yesterday, my wife and I went to Pendle Hill and climbed to its summit. We went up the more arduous way over the natural steps to the top and came down a gentle pathway that is easier on the joints, but we are told it can get a bit treacherous when it's wet and raining, which it thankfully wasn't.
