How many miles per hour is that
Is that an illusion or is that forward wing strut bending during flight?
They’re super flimsy, probably real. I’m thinking of swapping mine for some 3/16 wood.
@@ethayer1 I’m just getting back into flying after being off for the last 6 years. Ordered this plane along with the float set. Now I see I’m gonna have to do a wing strut mod right out of the box.

Senton tolerates water well but after each ride you have to dry and lubricate everything

Hi, I recently finished my Super Decathlon MKII by Phoenix and I was wondering if you are satisfied by the performance of your electric setup (one year after:)
I sold this model, setup ok but the plane is heavy and difficult to land. I have had about twenty models but with this one I always had landing problems. It is good enough for scale flying, for aerobatic flying it is not at all
The fade edits were a bit much, felt like I couldn’t watch the trucks
is the 22 better and faster than the 20?

Davanti e dietro ho messo un olio più denso dell'originale sicuramente. Al centro il differenziale non c'è. Ho sostituito con una corona che blocca. Nei mezzi da speedrun il differenziale centrale non c'è. Grazie!
Ma secondo te x un cazzeggio nei piazzale quale oli consigli? Certamente deve avere una velocità bella sostenuta....

Hi, did you use the included larger prop that came with the floats?
No! Carbon cub original prop
the included 10x8 with the floats only works on the old Super Cub LP, the rod on the S2 is too wide for the prop. I’m pretty sure the shaft on the S2 is 5mm.

65-75mm from leading edge. I corrected the motor angle, 2° nose down

@@mattoprc I was planning on using a 6s 5200. I maybe get the extra from Phoenix instead.
@@bowenbrown I think 5200 it's heavy... I prefer 4000mah for 6-8min flights

I just noticed that you changed your prop to a two blade. Did that help with the esc getting so hot?
I mount a fan before esc. Two blande for better performance
I'm running 50 spur 30 pinion on 6s Duel motor fans, no overheating! But it's a handful, doesn't like to stop.
Beautiful scale model, excellent flight and video!
It's a balsa model and I still have to set it up well. I have to change the propeller and do other tests. Compared to a foam model it is very heavy but the flight is much more realistic and landings are not easy. For now I'm happy with the result. Thanks!
