Semiconductor design passionate talent is the need of the hour to fuel semiconductor innovation for global impact. And this is where NXP India is focusing with its Women In Tech (WIT) program to orient STEM talent towards semiconductor space. I believe the presenter's name might be Preenak Jain-though it’s hard to be sure as there’s no title in sight. This video desperately needs a dose of clarity, especially when diving into the complex work of skilled engineers and designers. Sadly, the presentation misses the mark on all fronts. Between struggling to decipher the accent and wrestling with mispronunciations of key technical terms, viewers are left to puzzle out the details on their own. The editing doesn’t help either, falling way short of professional. NXP, is this really the image you want to project? We expect much more from a company of your stature.
