When Luc was trying to learn Valyerian, Rhynera helped him and encouraged him when he doubted himself as a “Targaryen”. Aegon couldn’t speak Valyerian with his brother and when he seeks the encouragement and reassurance, Alicent can give none. Now granted Luc is a very different person to Aegon both in age and demeanor. However, I feel like Alicent is now just like fuck it. The Hightowers are so messed up and Aegon has always been more Hightower than Targaryen.

Don't worry, I spent almost 10 years delaying the ending. Even watching your reactions, at some point I said my goodbyes in your comments section, promising to be back when I was ready and finally finished Gintama. And I finally watched it yesterday. I honestly still feel kinda bittersweet about it, almost regretful. I LOVE Gintama, the ending was just as great. I just never wanted it to end, and am still processing it. Almost 10 years of keeping Gintama close because I always stopped before reaching any ending. And now it's done.. But I have been watching parts of it once more with you on your website, catching up from where I last left off. It has been great. It's kind of helping me just accept that it is done. Not that I am done with it lol Also, when is your Gintama review coming out? :)

I think the reason behind Tanjiro not adopting the long hair is to signal that he isn't completely the same as Yoriichi personality and skill wise. It's just my opinion on it tho.

By that point he doesn't even know who Yoriichi is, so he can't get a hairstyle of someone he doesn't know.

I mean maybe one day Tanjiro can actually be a good character and fullfilling to watch. always breaks his sword, at the start, lets his sister get into tight spots. Hesitates.I really wanted to like him but he tries so hard to be things he never will.

If I remember correctly, and you probably touch on this in season 9, Jared Keeso said they didn't want to show the actual beat down. The show has never shied away from showing a brawl but this was a group going in on one guy. He was worried about it looking like bullying.
