My company uses both HEC-RAS and GeoHECRAS for hydraulics modeling, and this tutorial effectively aligns with best practices for managing boundary conditions within GeoHECRAS as well.

Now i can but first time i tried i could not update or insert a projection text file. Now it seems that is debugged somehow. Can you add tutorials with a smaller image of the instructor please :) Good work !

Thank you, Stanford! The new mesh creation method is fantastic! I will be using more of the 2025 mesh + "import to RAS6.0" utility for upcoming projects. One question though, I can't seem to generate contour lines in terrain. I see the option under "Layer" with my terrain selected, but it's grey out (noneditable). Is there a trick to it?

To prepare for adding 2D connections later in RAS 6.6 from RAS225, if I understand correctly, I should import a shapefile of all structure (culverts, bridges, etc) locations to RAS2025 so it knows where to enforce cell faces. Is it correct? Thanks!

How do we add culverts and bridges in HEC 6 once we import from the HEC 2024 if it is not editable?

Within the catchment area, there are several sporadically located main streams. The challenge is to establish an appropriate boundary condition (inflow) that comprehensively addresses all streams. The current approach involving a unified boundary condition yields the runoff outcome for a singular stream rather than all.

It is noteworthy that computational points marked in red when more than 8 faces are present in the current case in HEC-RAS are no longer present in RAS 2025. This issue has been a significant challenge despite the presence of an option in HEC-RAS to modify the meshes.
