They had a lovely and incredible chemistry on and off screen and I love this movie with the clasical clumsy , romantic boy with the sweet, talented girl engaged with a rich man that she honestly doesn't love. They were amazing in this movie and yeah I wish we'd seen them paired again in other films. The old hollywood lost a potential duo as couple and good friends.

For me, the best of the series were Leo and Niska. All Niska's development was amazing. And grumpy Leo , he step to hate the humans to fall in love with one.

With Edmund's inner struggle and trauma but definitely focused to protect Ciri and she trying to control her powers and learn more about the origin of them. In this movie, you can see a different motivation. Both soldiers a good humans, but one fight because try to survive and don't understand for what he fight, even see that his country did terrible things. Second man, could runaway, but he goes farther to stop them, kill them, because of his anger, what they started, what they did with his friends, country. Same as she.

The event is true but the character is amalgamation of different people. Theres no propaganda though, it just show the horror of war. There's no heroes in this movie because all character in the movie are afraid and always begging for mercy but war consumes them into killing each other. I understand both side since I didn't born neither in western nor east influences.

I hate how people call this propaganda, this is just showing a past war, what exactly do you think they are advertising for?

You better watch it. It's not a love film at all. The possibility of love between them is secondary and subtle. I watched it and I liked it. It's not like pearl Harbor movie, if it is what you suspect.
