I bought the DLC pass day 1, and after seeing how incompetent Hinterland was at sticking to their own schedule, I haven;t touched the game until the final part of DLC was released. Now playing with the added stuff, I think it's great. I think this is what should have been released over a year ago, but it Is what it is. If you liked the game, definitely go for it.

@@Mr_X90 don't remember exactly how many hours, but i started at the year 2028, took me around 10 days to get the trophy

@@Mr_X90 its pure rng. every time a disaster spawns in your city you have 0.4% chance it will be a chirpnado. it took me over 100 years of simulating to get it

Does your city have every policy related to education enabled? Making the college free makes a huge difference, as well as priority for Education over work. My idea what could have been wrong in your city, you took too long with it. The game has a weird habit of counting adults and seniors who graduated highschool as eligible for college, even though they will never attend college (as far as I know). Getting 130k population takes time, and most of your young adults have probably aged enough for this to be the cause. Can you try with an earlier save, and see how it goes?

I just got the trophy, but I had to create a new grid city and let it grow to more than 170k people! So I had 45k eligible people for the university when I paused the game, dezoned everything apart from residentials, and put enough dorms and study hall for 20k students. The trophy popped like 10 seconds after unpausing the game. Besides, the hardon collider helped me too. I tried with the same 170k population but without the hardon collider and my students never went over 6000 (while I had 45000 eligible people!), even after minutes of waiting. But after building the hardon collider, it took seconds for the student number to surpass 15000. Thank you for your help! Your video showed me the way to get this troublesome trophy!

I tried a few times without dezoning and it didn't work, then I read a comment somewhere that dezoning might help, tried it and got enough eligible. Good luck and let me know if it popped.

Regarding the entire run or the final fight? If you're asking about the run, I kept restarting until I could get a good weapon in less than 3 tries. If not I'd reset. Then I was simply going for the exo and running in the spa section. Using melee to kill as long as I could and after buying just 2 perks (jugg and faster reload) I was putting all my money into the weapons. The best weapons you could get for the run is blundergat (ps3 the rocket launcher worked very well for me), dual revolvers are also really good, and any type of shotgun. I wouldn't bother with any lmg/smg/ar as they won't kill as many enemies with the ammo they provide. The trophy isn't as hard as it may seem at first, the beginning until you get a decent weapon can be tough but after that it's just playing consistently to avoid dying.
