If we move forward and build these different items…. Do we then know what they cost to maintain? Water, winter grass, etc? Probably better to take the 20yr term. Rates will probably continue to go up, will cost more down the road to borrower money.

Hard copies are mailed to residents of Litchfield Park and electronic copies are mailed to e-gov "CityLine" subscribers. To receive an electronic copy, access “Notify Me” on www.litchfield-park.org and submit your contact information. City residents will receive the next issue by mail during the first week in January 2021. Previously published editions of the newsletter are also accessible from the Archive Center on the City's website.
