DevRel metrics with Heather Downing and Ben Dechrai
In recent times there have been many layoffs in dev rel, and part of these are due to developer advocates and other folks on dev rel teams not being able to show an impact across the company that aligns with the corporate goals. To solve this, dev rel teams need to define the right metrics to focus on, and be able to track their progress against those metrics.
In this video @jimbobbennett is joined by Heather Downing and @bendechrai to discuss metrics in developer relations, digging into everything from the metrics you should care about, to tracking, who should dev rel report to, measuring feedback, conferences and more!

Where are all the animals? Tracking wildlife with IoT
Hey Jim! Thanks for the amazing stream! For someone, who is trying to learn about FOMO from edge impulse, it was much fun!
cool,thanks
Great overview. Thanks!
This crap is soo behind compared to langchain, not useful ATM
can u plz make a tutorial on how to use other models in SK?
how to run this on azure OpenAI service? @Jim
You can find an example here: github.com/jimbobbennett/semantic-kernel-starters/tree/add-sk-console-gpt/sk-csharp-console-chat. This is an updated version of the same code, without the speech to text part. Supports both OpenAI and Azure OpenAI Service
@@jimbobbennett thanks alot Jim.
Brilliant. Thank you. Subscribed.
is the response from the AI in chatML format ?
Can it load another ai models like llama or vicuna?
Please, more tutorials on Semantic Kernel
I’m actually very lost on how the Semantic Kernel should work, I have been trying to get it to work in a Blazor webapp in Visual Studio but I can’t seem to figure it out, please can you do a tutorial (I’m trying to make something similar to the autoGPT) or point me to docs or resources that might help, I thought SK was supposed to be beginner friendly, and it’s pretty new, so, ChatGPT doesn’t know about it
load semantic kernel docs to chatgpt with langchain and pinecone, then ask the bot how to do the same in semantic kernel
@@gorilla-san 😂
Thanks Jim, I found this to be very helpful and motivating!
