Marshlands Jiu Jitsu is een groep gemotiveerde mensen met een passie voor de sport BJJ. Naast het sterke teamgevoel blijft het ook een individuele sport waarin een ieder zijn eigen uitdaging kan aangaan.
De lessen bestaan veel uit herhalen van technieken, uitleg van concepten en strategieën. Door middel van regelmatige sparrings rondes worden de verschillende elementen eigen gemaakt en naar een hoger plan getild met als uiteindelijke doel het beste uit jezelf en de ander te halen.

Our 7 dedicated athletes 🥋🤼♂️ have been fully committed to intensive training sessions at the gym over the past few weeks, focusing on improving the learning points from previous experiences. Their determination and perseverance have led to an impressive achievement: 12 medals 🥇🥈🥉 and a well-deserved 3rd place as a team at Grappling Industries 🙏🏻🤙🏻.
