I'm watching because of a fan of Laidlaw's video work and he threw a link out to watch. Glad to see kids enjoying life as many did before Covid and as it should be. Just wanted to say here in the South, it's been business as usual since last May. All businesses open including gyms, restaurants, bowling alleys, churches, you name it. Kids went back to school in the fall and kids played sports. Unspoken rule was wear a mask if you want unless that specific business or whatever required you too. If you are that high risk and concerned, stay at home but we are not closing everything down. Two weeks ago, Covid vaccines were open to all ages 16+ Only issue they are having is convincing minorities to take the vaccine because of misinformation being circulated in social media. We have had such a mass exodus of folks from these "blue" states relocating here that it has driven up housing as much as 40%. Ya'll need to stand up and fight back to take back your right to live normal again. It is really sad to see what ya'll are going through and really applaud you parents and neighbors for having this event for the kids.

I feel so blessed and honored to be able to provide fun wholesome opportunities for kids to gather and be kids. So many people I spoke with that evening expressed sincere gratitude for making this party happen. One of my neighbors witnessed a girl dancing and twirling in the streets with extreme joy saying “I’ve been waiting all year for a party like this to happen!” We continue to receive texts from parents, children, and neighbors thanking us for giving the kids a night to remember. I am thankful for the team of parent volunteers who planned this epic event and to those who stayed to chaperone. I’m grateful to my neighbors who willingly let this fun chaos of cars, people, lights, and music fill their streets and sky’s for a few hours on this memorable Saturday evening.
