Hello, this was filmed in tagalog/Filipino and I used the terms similarly, do note I am not providing professional advice. I was just sharing tips and my past experience when I invited my sister here for a tourist visa. I guess you could say you have an invitation from someone for your visit or someone can also fully-sponsor your visit if they will cover everything for you. Sponsors or anyone who is inviting you for a tourist visa as per the Department’s website need to be PR or Aus Citizen. They did not mention about Visa holders and for someone to fully-sponsor your visit in Aus, I guess it makes sense for them to be in Aus unless it is a different situation then I guess this video may not be suitable for you

Kelangan nyo po icheck yung visa condition ninyo, if walang “no further stay” you can apply for another type of visa habang nakatourist visa. All the best

Hi po, try nyo lang po magsubmit ng photos with your child, then submit kayo additional proof na you are a genuine visitor, ex: itinerary of your visit here, plans or activities you are planning to do when you are visiting, the more that you can prove na you are a genuine visitor the higher chances of approval po. Wala po maam. You can DIY a tourist visa application unless nareject po kayo. Watch nyo po yung 2 videos ko about tourist visa. Marami pong naapprove after watching those videos po

Pwede naman but you dont have a sponsor po kasi you are both tourist, sponsor refers to someone inviting you over here na Aus Citizen/Permanent resident that can support your stay while visiting. You can stilll state sa application ninyo na you plan to stay with a family

The closer you are sa CBD mahal, but if you dont mind being a little further baka may mahanap kayong medyo mura. Take note po, mahal po ang rent kahit saan🏡 depende din po sa budget ninyo.

@regienegazon just apply for the visa tourism stream 600 po kasi if you put it under family stream baka may bond silang bayaran to guarantee na they can support your visit po. Whereas yung tourism stream walang bond but you need proof na meron kang financial capacity or support like you have somewhere to stay etc, while visiting here.

Napakageneral po ng question nyo mam, you can say you would like to visit for 3 months here. Pag walang itinerary or definite na plan for your visit here, though risky yung application nyo.

@Jenny44552 you can do that po. But if wala kang sponsor they may flag your application pero if meron naginvite sayo to visit here, and you have strong ties na may babalikan ka sa pinas, they may grant you approval.

It is your choice if you want to do it or not. You can just stay on PR status if you prefer but that generally needs to be renewed or something but it is an easier process. Please check the Home Affairs website if you need additional but being Australian Citizen is not a compulsory thing to do.

Hindi po kelangan if yung visa nyo na aapplyan here wont require you to. Example: tourist visa, pero may ibang type ng visa application na they will require you to submit it. Example: partner visa. Pero check nyo po sa Home Affairs website yung type ng visa na aaapplyan nyo and it will let you know if they will require ng police clearance or not

Kelangan nyo po iaddress bat nila nirefuse yung visa nya. Kasi kahit po yung partner nyo ang magsponsor if di nya po nasagot yung reason of their refusal, bka madeny lang ulet. So read the reason for refusal po and address it if it is tooo difficult, seek legal advice po

Maam di ko po alam if pwede yan, or pwede ka mag apply ng work permit dito. Once po natapos na yung 3 mos tourist visa ninyo, you need to leave Australia unless meron na po kayong visa na iba na-applyan before magexpire yung tourist visa ninyo.

If you have a sponsor po sila po kelangan magprovide ng financial docs kelangan mo pong isatisfy yung financial capacity requirement ni Immigration para igrant nila yung tourist visa mo.. you can use both of your aunt and dad’s bank statements to show na they can support your visit

Sponsor po if someone based na dito who can invite you to visit Aus. Pwede yung jowa mo or your cousin as long as they are willing to support your visit. Sila po yung magpoprovide ng financial docs.

I’d personally suggest using a registered migration agent for complex relationship cases but if you and your partner have never been married and have genuine ongoing relationship, you can save lots of money if you apply on your own however partner visas are expensive, a refusal can happen and if you have a lawyer on your side they will know what to do should you get a refusal. I cant give you a rough cost as I’ve lodged mine 7 years ago the cost was different then…

You can try to appeal po and if marevoke yung condition saka ka pa lang pwedeng magapply for another visa but if they wont revoke their decision then sadly you cant reapply, you have to leave when your visa is about to expire then reapply for another tourist visa and hope na di nila lagyan ng 8503
