40kg in 3 months? I don't think so it's possible. Ub itni videos, knowledge or dietician ko chan Lia hai k ye pata lag jae k 40kg srf 3 months main Kam hun. May be you at not telling it properly. And these kind of videos sell on RUclips. Not saying all information is wrong. But plz be realistic. Eating in calorie deficit, exercise se 1 month main 3-5kg he lose huta hai.
Let me correct you here my dear niny in weight loss age and metabolism plays a very important role when i lost weight i was 18 or 19 its a very young age and in young age its easly to loose weight and as you age it gets difficult, plus the metabolism if you metabolism is high you loose weight the calories burn faster. Few ppl like me we gain and loose weight very quickly but i would add that now for me to loose 40 kgs in 3 months is not possible due to my age. In my new challenge that im doing right now i lost 2 kgs in 11 days while when i was 18 i use to loose more weight. Hope this clears everything for you . Secondly im not selling anything on youtube, youtube takes 1 years to start paying if i was selling to youtube i would have posted something different.
