@@VIPTiresandService what’s wrong with a little sarcasm!😂😂😂but none the less, being that I have lived in the “Rocky Mountains “ and in Massachusetts as well, a well informed driver with proper equipment is in general a wiser driver for the conditions of snow and ice. But the wisest drivers know the limitations of their vehicles and themselves and choose not to push their limits!

This is why we don't recommend changing over to winter tires until the average temperature is at or below 40° F, and it's also why we don't recommend running winter tires all year long. If you're looking for a great tire that handles all types of weather including winter, and don't want to deal with changeovers, All-Weather tires might be what you're looking for!

We'd argue that people who think about their safety, better traction, handling, and better braking control in snow and icy weather are exactly the kind of people that should be driving in the winter.

Hey there! Correct, in Maine, if your inspection cut-out month is, such as in this example, the month of April, you need to have your vehicle inspection done before the 1st of May. Maine has no grace periods, but other states may have different laws! Your annual state inspection expires on the last day of the cut month.
