Yes, it is doable, but the only thing is that you need to write formulas from scratch, for example, to get specific room availability for a selected time and check time slots. Using the Office 365 Outlook connector, everything is done automatically, and we just have to pass the parameters. However, if you go with MS or SP lists, everything will be custom.

Yes you can do, Meeting data we are storing in database so you can filter the data by date and room. We can not directly showcase meetings from calendar because we don't have direct access to the room calendar. This is the reason to use database to store the details

Thanks! 😊 The main reason for building this is to optimize UX first and then UI. While the Microsoft PowerApps template is decent, it’s like a good starting point that’s missing a few UX. Just a heads up, that’s the same template I used back in the day, so no offense 😂😉

In PowerApps, use a TextInput control where the user can enter a file name. When the user clicks the Export button, display this TextInput for the user to specify the file name. In Power Automate, retrieve the file name entered in PowerApps by defining a parameter to accept this input. Once the parameter is defined, you can use it. Make sure to implement validation in PowerApps for the file name to prevent the use of unsupported special characters. Check vide @ 21:08

So this is what I understood => You have a SharePoint list where you’re storing the budgets (amounts) in a "Budget List." Based on the approvals, you want to make changes to the amounts in that list. For example, if I’m submitting an expense of $500 for XYZ, and the budget list shows a maximum budget of $1500 for XYZ, then once approved, the amount in the SharePoint list should automatically update to $1,000. Is this what you’re looking for? If yes, it is doable using an approval flow. You can check the "Budget List" for the relevant criteria and then update the item in that list accordingly once you do your approval step

I wasn't very familiar with Databricks, but after reading some blogs, I found that Databricks connection to PowerApps can be done using connectors.

To see the approval history: 1. Open make.powerautomate.com/ 2. In left navigation, you'll see 'Approvals' menu 3. There is a tab called 'History' where you can see the history II. You can also create logs in SharePoint list, where you can add some columns and show data like approval date, who's the approver, approval status etc... ( this is useful when you don't want to go to the URL and check the history) III. When you say "we can save pdf" so do you mean by saving the approval history as a PDF document?

Oh, got it... For this, you can use 'Approvals' app in MS teams. If you select the requests there, you have option to 'Save as PDF'. Check the screenshot -> prnt.sc/KYwwhQxz6uPH That's really a good question you come up with. In this process, user have to go with numbers of steps. Need to think how we can simplify this 👍🏻

I think you are importing package in canvas app. File I provided on GitHub is a solution file, not the app pkg. You need to go to "Solutions" and then "Import" it.
