To start your day, to keep your day going, or to end your day, there’s never a bad time to get a little exercise in. It doesn’t have to be much either, 15 minutes is more than enough to just keep it in your routine. Some push ups, some sit ups, or even some bicep curls, are enough to get even a little in.
