Is there free parking for hotel guests included with your stay? I can’t find any info about parking online.

Thanks for the review. I am eyeing this resort because it's the closest all-inclusive to Coco Beach. Originally wanted Grand Riviera and all other high-end resorts at Playacar. I want to see the kiteboarders every day and this resort is also close to the skydive centre. During your stay, have you seen anyone doing kiteboarding in the distance? Thank you. 🏂🏻🪂

We stayed there last month Dec 2024 and loved it. Stayed in the one room suite. Was very spacious

Excellent review. I want to book in the Hilton the walk ( apartment style ) but I heard it old and tired. Do you think it’s true ? I’m comparing it to the DoubleTree jumiriah ( apartment style also ) , which is down the road ? Which hotel you think is nicer ?

I just got back from here. We had a room with a swim up pool. It was amazing with amazing weather. My only complaint is that none of the hot tubs are hot. Not even luke warm. Do not understand.

I stayed here and enjoyed it quite extensively. It is located right in the tourist district. Walk to everything. No problems with seaweed during our 5 days there. Seaweed is only a problem during certain times of there year. Thoroughly enjoyed the Cenote and every other available amenity. This is a resort-hotel and not an all inclusive resort. Rooms are nicely appointed and had a lovely view of the ocean.

Is park Royal beach the same as park Royal?

Thank you for the review. Do you know if there are rooms with fully equipped kitchen, I mean a stove? As a mother of a baby I usually reserve apartments with kitchen. My child doesn’t eat hotel food.

The worst hotel in Cancun, Rude front desk, rude concierge, rude maids. No smoking anywhere on resort you have to go to the front of the hotel and sit on staircase. Feels like you’re at work on a smoke break. So ghetto. No entertainment, no food after 11pm unless you pay for it. Nothing works, not the wifi not the tv not anything and I was in a suite. The food sucks. I was sick for 2 weeks after I came back. Security is a joke 2 dudes snuck into the private pool area and started having sex. They will charge you a cleaning fee for even the littlest spill anywhere in the room. If they catch you smoking it’s 250$ US .. Most stressful Hotel I have ever stayed at. STAY AWAY YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID. DON’T make the same mistake.

Por negligencia del hotel, mi madre tuvo accidente sufriendo fracturas, esguinces y luxaciones en ambas piernas. No tienen personal de salud. Se rieron del suceso, culparon a mi madre que ella se quiso accidentar. El gerente de turno Joaquin miente. El hotel estuvo lavando con jabón la entrada, no esperaron que se seque la escala, sin letreros ni precauciones, dejaron la escala de manera peligrosa ante tantos pasajeros. Gerente servicios Yuliana muy indolente. Para peor, coludidos con ambulancia y hospital, indicando en informe de traslado que el hotel tenía médico, cuando mi madre fue atendida por la familia. Muchas irregularidades, sin protocolos ante sucesos como una caida de un adulto mayor. Para nunca más hospedarse. Cuidado a todos, porque cualquier persona que tenga un suceso, el hotel no cumple con los estándares mínimos internacionales para primeros auxilios.

Look no further than Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach......Absolutely the only Resort that I will stay in Cancun.....Coral Beach has the BEST location in Cancun....Their staff are all very Professional, kind and show much warm Hospitality.... SEPTEMBER 2024 will be my 9th stay with Coral Beach......I can't recommend this Beautiful Resort enough......They always go over and above to exceed expectations...... For anyone watching this and thinking of booking. The resort was fun and beautiful but the only thing I enjoyed eating was the chicken tenders and fries at the placita. Everything else tasted like it came out a card board box. One night we stepped out to the downtown area and omg I was so excited to eat tacos. I shouldn’t feel that way while staying at an all inclusive…. Even the fruit was bland idk. However the drinks were good! The price is decent.
