Come enjoy 4 days in Moalboal, Cebu with me. I spent 4 days exploring the coastline of Moalboal, enjoying local cuisines, and relaxing in the amazing island of Cebu. Here, I swam with Sardine Storms, snorkeled with one of the most venomous sea snake in the world, and floated with turtles. If you're a snorkel lover like me, Cebu Seaview Dive Resort is a great choice to have access to a lively re...

Keep em coming mate !, i am applying to NYU and these vid's help a lot !
Thank you! Good luck to your application and more coming next semester!!
@@Daleh would you be willing to help me through the process ? If that isn't too much ?
❤
I enjoyed your video. When did you visit Moalboal?
Thank you! Visited Moalboal in July
Love the camera work!
@@AntonioInLaw appreciate it man
You got half a glass of beer. Wtf
Sounds like a pretty chill day
Very chill indeed :)
Cool video dude are you a international?
I am !
@Daleh cool !
bro's middle name is literally f*king...Dale Fu*Kang Hsu
Hope you enjoy the vlog! More NYU videos coming soon :)
My island home 🏝️💕 Thanks for sharing!
Can u share the hotel location?
Yes of course, this is Gili Meno Sunset House located right on the beach or Holiday Resort on Lombok
That’s awesome trip. How much did you spend? I plan to visit Bali and your video make me want to explore other islands as well
Hello! For the boat ride each way was <$40 USD, hotels were around $60-$70 USD per night. The trips are more expensive due to the length of travel and how remote the locations are, around $100 per person excluding tip (tip generously! the guides/boatman deserve it)!
What month did you stay?
We visited USVI in March!
What were the southern gilis you visited?
The main one was Gili Petulu I believe and the pink beaches. There are a couple and I recommend going with a tour since it is definitely really remote.
Glad you enjoyed your time in Palau 🇵🇼
thank you!!
How did you get accepted? Do they give full scholarship? Can a noncitizen study there? Please help😢
Stern does offer full scholarship and yes non-citizen can study at NYU!
Cebu is one of my favorite islands in the Philippines! Hope you enjoy the vlog and always, remember to use reef-safe sunscreen and never touch anything underwater :)
Love love the plane seats
hope you enjoyed your vacation. sending regards from Cebu.
@@mctetskii8256 Thank you! Cebu was amazing :)
i like your Video
Appreciate your comment!!
hi friend i live in palau
Hello! Thanks for watching the video :)
Hi, nice video I'am starting to organize my japan trip and I would like to visit Okinawa and do some snorkelling What months or season would you recommend me? Greetings
Hello! That's great to hear. Okinawa's weather is great for snorkeling year round. If you're afraid of colder water, May - Sep would be best. But since the snorkeling tours always offer thick wetsuit, all months are okay for snorkeling!
If you're snorkeling by yourself, definitely recommend a wet suit in the winter and rash guard/long sleeve in the shoulder months for a better snorkeling experience!
❤
as someone who cant see without my glasses am I still able to snorkel? Great vid btw!
Hello! I have glasses as well but I definitely recommend getting either a prescription goggle ($80-90). Or wear contact lenses in your goggle to snorkel (do be careful to not let your contact touch salt water if you go this route, and change contacts every 3-4 hours). Otherwise some snorkel stores might have prescription goggles available for rental but recommend you to call ahead to figure out. You wouldn't want to miss out the scenery underwater!
@@DalehYea definitely will call ahead to check on it first, Thanks for your advice!
Mandatory 1st stop for me as well !?
Good food is always the first stop!!
What snorkeling company did you book with for this full day snorkeling tour? Did they offer any advice regarding Box Jellyfish? I will be there in June and I'm afraid of getting stung.
Hello, i booked with Marine Club Berry, they did not offer any specific advice but we were dressed from neck to toe with a wetsuit, so bites are highly unlikely.
always solid fits!!
Hello sir .... I want to ask something ... What kind of mba program NYU provide? Can you help me understand it ?
@@haniakhanam3320 there’s a couple of programs: full-time MBA, Tech MBA, part-time MBA. Within full-time MBA there are many specializations as well. Hope this helps!
@@Daleh can you tell me something more about specialisation because I had International Business during my bba

Hi Dale, thank you for the Vlog... Can I ask you the snorkelling company you went with ... thanks in advance, Steven (New Zealand, heading to Palau in January 2025)
Of course, Jan is a perfect time to visit. I used LongRainBow company in Palau (service@longrainbow.com) and booked through Klook. They are mainly Mandarin-speaking based with some limited English. You should be able to find similar snorkel trips on Klook/TripAdviser/Viator etc. Or alternatively you can use your hotel to book these tours! Hotels on Koror Palau can typically help guests book tours. Do make sure the trip is from Koror, Palau as there are similar names around the world. Would definitely recommend doing both the Western and Eastern snorkel lines. Have fun and enjoy the amazing islands!
Thank you Dale, my Wife and I will be in Palau in September
Pleasure, you'll both love Palau so much. I'm missing the islands right now.
Hi, I’m planning my trip to Lombok in November. Which snorkeling company did you use? I will be staying at Senggigi as well and looking at snorkelling on the south west ‘secret gilis’ and the eastern ‘hidden gilis’. Thanks a lot in advance!
Hello! I used Klook. Search up "Gili Kondo Snorkeling" and " Gili Petelu Snorkeling" on Klook and you should be able to find them! The hotels you're staying at can also help you book the tours as well if they offer such services Couple of notes: - It is 3-4 hours one way 7-8 hours round trip by car so it will be tiring for sure - The tours include transportation from Sengigi - Remember to bring reef-safe sunscreen and respect the marine lives!
great video! I get to Okinawa this weekend to dive so this vlog was SUPER HELPFUL!
Thank you! Glad that you had a good time. Okinawa is beautiful
Where did u sleep in Lombok, resort at min ? It's wow...
It's Holiday resort in Sengigi. Really nice resort for the price!
What happened to the jellyfish population?? So, you can’t swim among a swarm of them anymore???
The jellyfish population was wiped out due to global warming unfortunately. You can still swim in the lake and as of this year there are a couple of them still surviving. Typically it takes 5 years for the population to rebound if the temperature does not continue to rise.
@@Daleh Only “a couple” left??? I hope they are being watched and taken care of in a controlled environment… I do hope you mean like a couple of hundred left… But still so sad…
@@jojijoji88 unfortunately when I was there I probably saw only 10 of them … but hopefully their population is increasing now
love the vlog!
Thank you :)
Remember to always wear reef safe sunscreen and never touch or step on anything underwater!! Hope you guys enjoy the snorkel vlog :)
