I had a delicious salad last night, consisting of henbit, chickweed, purple dead nettle, dandelion, w/ florida betony roots sliced thin as a topping. Harvested all of them from my yard, in southeast Mississippi. It was a beautiful and great-tasting green salad for February.

Under my nose? Not for long! Chomp. I usually just pick 'em and eat 'em while foraging in my yard. If my stomach is a bit off, I'll pick 6-8, eat them, and it almost immediately calms collywobbles.
