Welcome to Phoenix Performance! Seán here, and I am obsessed with kickboxing so I want to share the lifestyle and journey with you!

I will be showcasing my fighters journeys some insights to their training along with everything that encompass being a coach! I am a kickboxer 22 years attaining my 3rd degree blackbelt and finally setting up my own gym. I eat sleepand breathe coombat sports. With a successful amateur background now I get to pass on my knowledge to my club members and you with this platform #builtfromfire

Do not cross your legs because you risk being off balance, make sure that as you spin, your back foot follows through so even if you miss, you'd still have your footing
1:19 felt like justice, had he seen it coming, he would have tried to dodge again xD
Its not that complicated, you should be in a stance that feels comfortable
I was feeling more comfortable in wider stance but that made me lose balance. There are some rules.
